Rules of the Instagram competition "Les Luneïdes Mother's Day Special
1 - The company Cisco - Les Luneïdes (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizing Company") whose registered office is located at 59, avenue Victor Hugo 75116 Paris - France
2 - This free game with no obligation to buy takes place from 30 May 2021 at 12:00 (French time) to 6 June 2021 at 23:00 (French time). It is open to any natural person of legal age and with legal capacity, with the exception of persons having a direct or indirect legal link with the Organising Companý.
3 - In order to participate in the game, the participant must meet all of the following conditions:
These four cumulative conditions are necessary to validate participation in the game.
Each participant may participate as many times as he/she wishes. Any identification or participation that is incomplete or erroneous, whether intentionally or not, or that is made in a form other than that provided for in these rules will be considered null and void. In particular, any request to participate with several email addresses and from an account opened for another person will be excluded. Only one account will be opened per person with the same surname, first name and address.
4 - Participants of this game can win the following prizes:
Under no circumstances may these prizes be exchanged for cash, other goods or services, or more generally for any financial compensation.
5 - 11 winners will be drawn at random by the LES LUNEIDES jury on 6 June 2021 from among the participants who have fulfilled the four conditions of participation mentioned in paragraph 3.
6 - The selected winners will be informed by private message via Instagram and publicly announced in the description of the post within 15 calendar days following their selection. On this occasion, the Organising Company will ask them to communicate their contact details (surname, first name, full postal address, email address and telephone number) in response. The winners contacted shall have 7 calendar days to communicate their contact details. After this period, the Organising Company may designate new winners.
7 - Les Luneïdes shall be responsible for sending the winning products by post within six weeks of receiving the information requested.
8 - The Organising Company reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel the game, if circumstances so require, without its liability being incurred or any compensation being claimed by the participants. Furthermore, its liability shall not be incurred in the event of the occurrence of events presenting the characteristics of force majeure or a fortuitous event beyond its control, depriving the participants of the possibility of participating in the game and/or the winner of the benefit of his winnings. The liability of the Organising Company may in no case be accepted in the event of any incidents that may occur in the use of the prize by the winner, once he has taken possession of it. Any additional cost necessary to take possession of the prize shall be borne entirely by the winner, without the latter being able to request any financial compensation from the Organising Company.
It is understood that the game is in no way organised with the assistance of Instagram and that Instagram shall not be liable to the participants in any way.
9 - The Organising Company reminds participants of the characteristics and limits of the Internet network and declines all responsibility for the consequences of their connection to https://www.instagram.com/lesluneides. In particular, the Organising Company may not be held liable in the event of problems with the delivery or loss of postal or electronic mail.
More particularly, the Organising Company shall not be held liable for any damage, whether material or immaterial, caused to the participants, their computer equipment and the data stored therein and the consequences that may arise from this on their personal or professional activity. The Organising Company shall not be held liable in the event that one or more participants are unable to connect to https://www.instagram.com/lesluneides or to play due to any technical defect or any problem related in particular to network congestion.
10 - The Organising Company reserves the right to modify the prize. These changes will however be the subject of prior information by all appropriate means. The new prize shall be of equivalent value to the prize mentioned in paragraph 4.
The Organising Company is the owner of its brands, its corporate name, its logos, designs, models, advertising materials, representations of its products and, more generally, of all intellectual propertý rights relating to its products (including the prizes), creations and distinctive signs, as well as of all or part of the elements making up the Game and the aforementioned pages, including in particular the photos, logos and texts (hereinafter the "Protected Elements"). It is therefore formally forbidden for participants, whether winners or not, to use the Protected Elements in any country for any reason whatsoever and in any way whatsoever without the prior written authorisation of the Organising Company.
11 - The reproduction and representation of all or part of the elements making up the Game and the Sites, in particular the photos, logos and texts, are strictly prohibited for any reason whatsoever.
12 - The winner authorises in advance, for any reason whatsoever, the Organising Company to use his/her surname, first name, postal address or e-mail address for promotional or advertising purposes, in any medium whatsoever, without restriction or reservation and without this conferring any right to remuneration or any benefit whatsoever other than the award of the prize provided for in article 4 of these rules.
Subject to their explicit consent, the information collected on the participants may be used by the Organising Company and/or its partners in order to better serve them and to inform them of their new products and offers that may be of interest to them.
13 - In accordance with Law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, as amended, known as the "Information Technology and Freedoms" law, and the European Regulation on the protection of personal data (RGPD) n°2016/679, participants are informed that the Organising Companý, as the data controller, carries out automated processing of participants' personal data.
Participants authorise the Organising Company, in a free and informed manner, to collect personal data concerning them when they participate in the game. In accordance with the amended law "informatique et libertés" n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 and the European Regulation on the protection of personal data (RGPD) n°2016/679, participants have a right to access, rectify, oppose or delete data concerning them, by sending a copy of a valid proof of identitý as well as legibly, the subject of their request, to the Companý Organiser of the game:

Participants may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of their data. In accordance with the European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (RGPD) n°2016/679, participants will, in addition, have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, a right of portabilitý, erasure, limitation and opposition to processing for reasons relating to their particular situation.
14 - Any fraud, or attempted fraud, manifested by a beginning of execution and committed with a view to wrongfully receiving a prize, will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles 313-1 and following of the Penal Code.
15- Participation in this game implies full acceptance of these rules.
16 - These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Court of Appeal of Paris.
